Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns for UNWORN shoes in their original box within 14 days of receiving your order.  We require an original sales invoice in order to process any returns.  Shipping is not refundable.  

Exchange Policy:
We will gladly accept exchanges for UNWORN shoes in their original box within 14 days of receiving your order.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all exchanges.  We require an original sales invoice with the requested new size for exchange noted.

Additional shipping charge of $11.00 will be incurred on all domestic orders These charges apply for ALL exchanges.
